    The property is situated within the gated community of Mediterraneo II located just five minutes walking distance to a parade of shops, bars and restaurants on the Carabasi strip and 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is also the large wildlife park El Clot de Galvany which is located close by where you can enjoy a stroll or long walk whilst enjoying the local nature and fauna. Recommended for bird watchers! The community offers two large swimming pools with children's splash pools. One having a slide and the other a diving board. They are open all year round.     The gated communities of Mediterraneo I, II and III are located close to the Carabasi Strip where you will find bars, restaurants and services. Just a kilomtre further down the road you will arrive at the beach and access to the park El Clot is within a short distance ideal for those who enjoy walking or jogging. 

    There are a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, as well as 2 bedroom ground floor and first floor apartments. The apartments have balconies with either a garden or solarium. The houses have private gardens and a balcony. The communal facilities include two large swimming pools, with a children's pool, a garden and terrace, a children's playground, a tennis court and private parking spaces.  

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
