    The apartment has access to a large communal swimming pool close by with a childrens spalsh pool, seating, umbrellas for shade and showers. There is also a private allocated parking space for one car in the communal parking area. 

    The beautiful natural beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales del Sol are just 3km away, 5 minutes by car or a short bus trip from the shopping centre. Alicante airport is only 10 minutes away by car making it a short and comfortable trip.

    The gated communities of Mediterraneo I, II and III are located close to the Carabasi Strip where you will find bars, restaurants and services. Just a kilomtre further down the road you will arrive at the beach and access to the park El Clot is within a short distance ideal for those who enjoy walking or jogging. 

    There are a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, as well as 2 bedroom ground floor and first floor apartments. The apartments have balconies with either a garden or solarium.     Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
