2 Bedroom First Floor Holiday Apartment in Urb. La Marina with Solarium and Communal Swimming Pool
This superb first floor apartment is perfect for a couple or family holiday! As well as having a huge roof top solarium, air conditioning and a communal swimming pool, it has been recently refurbished including a new kitchen and bathroom! Enjoy your holiday escape in style!
The property is located in a quiet road set on an inclined road in Urbanizacion La Marina. There is free undesignated parking in the street. The apartment is accessed via a stairs case from the road that leads to the front door.
The living room has a double sofa, two armchairs, a smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning,a dining suite and has a front balcony with a table and chairs with views of the countryside. The beautifully refitted kicthen with plenty of cupboard space comes complete with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment.
The master bedroom has a double bed, side tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan and air condntioning.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, two reading lamps, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
The stylish new bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain effect shower head, a wash basin with hairdryer and mirror, and a wc.
An external staircase lead up to the private roof top terrace where you can really enjoy the sunshine and outside living space! The terrace comes complete with a large scrolling sun blind for shade, a dining table with chairs, three sun beds, a relaxing terrace suite and a barbecue. From here you get some excellent views of the countryside and Guardamar in the distance.
There are two fantastic large communal swimming pools that you can use. The closest being just a few minutes walk (150m) in the next street. It has a spacious grass surrounding with palms and sunshades, a large swimming pool with childrens splash pool, sun beds and showers.
At just 10 minutes or less is the stunning natural beach of La Marina, with sweeping sand dunes and several beach bars and cafes for tapas and refreshments.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
