  • A spacious and comfortable three bedroomed single storey property with plenty of outside space.  Benefiting from a large solarium and situated just a few minutes walk from the quiet communal pool. 

    In the evening you could sit on the front terrace or solarium watching the sunset, or taking in the fantastic views across the local landscape. 

    Within easy walking distance of Villa Grandie, there are great bars, restaurants, and a supermarket situated near the tourist office.

    When you arrive at Villa Grandie, you enter the garden area with the raised terrace by the front door, with space for off road car parking.   The front terrace also a table and chairs for you to watch the world go by.

    The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, WI-FI, and dining table and chairs.  

    From the living room you enter the well-equipped kitchen, which has a full size oven with an electric hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.   

    Covered stairs from outside the kitchen lead you up to the large solarium that has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.  On the solarium there is a table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco eating, and to watch the sun go down.

    There are also some sun loungers on the solarium for you to relax and sunbathe in privacy.  

    From the living area you will find the three bedrooms and bathroom.  

    The front bedroom has two single bed with bedside table and built in wardrobes. 

    The next bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, and built in wardrobe space. 

    The twin bedroom situated next to the bathroom has two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe.   

    The bathroom has a bath tub, with shower over, toilet, sink and bidet. 

    The living room has air conditioning available for your use, and all rooms have ceiling fans to help keep cool in the summer.  

  • Urb La Marina

    The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. 

    This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees.  There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants.  There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.

    There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.

    There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.

    The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
