The separate kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Stairs lead up from the galeria to the roof top solarium for all day sunshine where you have plenty of funiture for dining and relaxing. There is also a large scrolling awning for shade. There is a gas barbecue that you can use for cooking on the terrace al fresco! 

There are two large communal swimming pools close by. Both have grass gardens with trees and sun beds, showers, a childrens splash pool and large swimming pool. 

There are plenty of great bars, restauarants and services within a 10 minute walk of the property going uphill. 

The local beach of La Marina is a 10 minute drive away or you can get a bus from Avenida de Londres. The beach is very beautiful with natural sand dunes, lifeguards and a few beach bars for refreshments.
