  • This sunny south facing apartment has some of the best panoramic views of Santa Pola's coastline and of the island of Tabarca.

    The amazing scenary can be appreciated from the large balcony which can comfortably seat four people and a table and has an awning. The bright living room has two sofas, a television, dining table with chairs. The separate fitted kitchen has an archway which communicates with the living room and allows you to continue to enjoy the view. It includes a gas hob, fridge/freezer and a microwave (no oven) and has a utility room with a washing machine. From the master bedroom you can wake up to the sight of the blue sea and the boats sailing past. It includes a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a full suite with a tub and shower above.  

    There are several steps to gain access to the property but the views really do make it worth it. On the lower level you will find a communal parking area and a superb large community swimming pool with seating and umbrellas.  

    Just a short walk away you will arrive at the Calas of Santa Pola East with its cristaline waters and gentle waves. From here you can stroll into town, around a half hour walk (3km) where you can enjoy the many bars, restaurants, shops and services the town has to offer. 

    There is a large supermarket, Mercadona, cinema and gymnasium located around 20 minutes walking distance (2km) in the Pola Max shopping centre. 

     The airport of Alicante/Elche is just a 15 minute drive away maing it a short and comfortbale distance. The cities of Alicante and Elche which have an extensive range of services and train routes are around 20 minutes by car.   

  • Santa Pola

    Santa Pola is a large town with a busy fishing port, a rich history and some 11km of coastline and the impressive salt lakes that provide the iconic salt mountains, and a refuge for the eye catching flamingos.

    The central area of Santa Pola stretches from the long Gran Playa to the Playa de Levante, and includes the fishing port and marina.  The fishing port is one of the busiest in Spain and you can buy fresh fish at the market here from 17:30.

    The main streets of the town are inland from here, heading towards the 16th century fortress which houses the fishing and sea museum, and the palm park which contains the remains of a Roman Villa. 

    Opposite the palm park is the Monday and Saturday morning market. 

    Santa Pola hosts a number of fiestas throughout the year that include Romeria Virgen del Rosario in June, Patron Saint Fiesta Virgen del Carman in July, and a Moors & Christians festival in September.
