Another set of stairs leads you up to the roof top solarium for all day sunshine which also gas a washing line. 

    Just a few metres away is the large communal swimming pool with two small splash pools. There is plenty of terraces around the pool area with some shades. For the sports enthusiasts there is a community football pitch/basketball court available. During the peak seasons a cafeteria is open next to the childrens park where you can enjoy a refreshment and get to know the neighbours. 

    Around 100m away is the Gran Alacant weekly market with a range of products on offer every Thursday. Other amenities within walking distance are a two small supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, a spa/gynasium, sports centre, bank and bus stop.  

     

    The beach of Carabasi and Los Arenales are a 5 minute drive away (3km) with wonderful clean Blue Flag rated natural beaches and a lovely promenade with chiringuitos and services.

    This gated community is located very close to the weekly market, so is close to many amenities but also has its own community bar. 

    The complex enjoys a large communal swimming pool at its centre, with two children's splash pools, a tennis court/football pitch and playground. 

    There a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, with private gardens, some with solariums in two different styles. There is plenty of communal parking and there are also gates that lead out to the pine forrests of the hillside. 

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
