  • Villa Rosa is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with traditional Spanish architecture that offers accommodation on one level, beautiful gardens with a large private swimming pool and air conditioning.

    The property is located in a quiet residential area and a short walk from amenities. The spacious terraced gardens have attractive borders with climbing flowering plants, fruit trees and a palm tree. There is a private driveway for one vehicle and free parking in the street. The large private swimming pool has easy access steps from a corner in the shallow end. The surrounding terrace has six sun beds and two parasols to make the most of the sunshine and relax. To the side of the property is located a barbecue and another seating area with gazebo. The pool area receives sunshine from the morning onwards for most of the day. 

    The covered porch area has a round table and six chairs making it an ideal spot for lunch in the shade with a view of the gardens. From here you can also enjoy a cold drink whilst watching the children in the pool. Once inside, you will find a large living room with two sofas, 40” TV including UK and Spanish channels, air conditioning, wi-fi internet and a dining area for six people. The separate kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker as well as cooking equipment and plates, etc. There is a rear door that gives access to a laundry area with a washing machine and clothes dryer. A staircase leads up to the ample roof top solarium where you can relish all day sunshine and appreciate the panoramic views of the area. There is a feature covered corner in the tower for shade that has a patio set.

    The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with bedside tables, a closet, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a corner tub with a shower attachment above, his and hers sinks, a bidet and a WC. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bathroom has a shower and WC.  

    The property is located just a 10-minute walk from the Consum commercial centre where you have a great range of services including supermarket, and some great bars, restaurants and cafes which often have entertainment in the evenings. Between the property and the shopping centre is a park area which includes a children’s park, mini golf course (clubs and balls not provided) and sports areas. There is also a local sports centre very close by where you can hire a tennis or padel court, and there is free access to a small hard pitch and large artificially grassed football pitch as well as a children’s playground. 

    The beach of La Marina is just 6km (10 minute by car) where you will find some of the most natural and attractive sandy shores in the province. Surrounded by the Mediterranean pines, sand dunes lead up to kilometres of unspoilt sandy beach. There are some old beach houses in direction of El Pinet beach with some great tapas and Mediterranean menus to try with frontline views to the sea. In the summer there are several Chiringuito beach bars for refreshments as well as water sport hire companies. There is plenty of parking and buses run regular from the urbanisation back and forth.

  • Urb La Marina

    The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. 

    This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees.  There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants.  There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.

    There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.

    There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.

    The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
