This detached bungalow, model Lola, could be your new home on the Spanish coast! Located in a quiet road just a short walk from a parade of shops and amenities.

The property has a private 200m garden which includes a parking space, sun terrace and steps down lead to a rear garden with a lemon tree and access to a storage room under the house.

The house comprises of a front porch, lounge/diner with a sofa, arm chair, dining suite, side table with a television and a ceiling fan. The separate fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and bob, extractor fan, microwave oven and washing machine. There is a breakfast area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the morning sunshine and view from the large rear window.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a single bed with a second single bed bellow and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a refitted walk-in shower with wash basin and wc.

The beautiful natural beach of La Marina is just a 7 minute drive away where you enjoy the sand dunes and refreshing Mediterranean sea.
