    The top floor has access to a solarium with a small awning for shade and superb views toward Guardamar and the mountains.

    The communal swimming pool is just a few metres away with a large grass border and showers. 

    There is a supermarket and several bars, restauarants and services includiong the doctors and bus stop around 10 minutes walking distance.    

  • Urb La Marina

    The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. 

    This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees.  There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants.  There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.

    There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.

    There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.

    The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
