2 Bedroom Holiday Home in Urb. La Marina with Open Views

This charming two bedroom holiday home is located in an attractive square with gardens and plenty of free parking. The air conditioning throughout will keep you cool inside, the Smart TV will keep you entertained when needed and a west facing sun terrace with an awning is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine.

The property comprises of a west facing private front terrace with a tble and four chairs and has an awning for shade. The open plan living room consists of an American style kitchen with a worktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, extractor, washing machine and cooking equipment. The large comfy sofa can seat four guests and is directly opposite the Smart TV and perfectly communicates with the sliding patio doors out to the terrace. There is a ground floor bathroom with a shower, wc and basin. The room include air conditioning hot and cold and Wi-Fi internet.

The stairs that lead to the first floor are quite steep and so great care must be taken going up and down. Both bedroom doors open directly onto the stairs so it is not recommended for guests that have sight issues, balance issues or for very young children. A security screen has been installed that can close off the second bedroom doorway in case a child opens unaccompanied.

The first floor has a double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and a sliding patio door to the front balcony. The bathroom has a Jack adn Jill style access from the master and second bedroom, where both bedrooms have doors that open directly into the bathroom between the rooms. The bathroom has a shower, wc and basin. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, air condtioning and a lockable door with a key to the front balcony.

There is plenty of free parking in front of the property in the square. The shops, restaurants and supermarkets, etc are located around 10 to 15 minutes wwalk away.
There is a super public swimming pool with a childrens area, main pool, sun beds, bar, restaurant and more located at the La Marina Sports Complex, around 15 minutes walk away. From here you can also get the beach bus in the summer months that go to La Marina beach, a stunning natural beach with several beach bars and sun beds available.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE *

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7^th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
