A fantastic opportunity to rent a 3 bedroom house with views over the communal swimming pool and just a two minute walk to the Consum square and amenities!
The property is located in a quiet private road. It has a private off road parking space and a large front terrace with morning and midday sunshine. The terrace has a table and chairs ideal for enjoying dining in the sunshine and an awning for shade in the summer.
Inside, the lounge/diner has two comfortable sofas, a television, air conditioning and a table with chairs.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
The third bedroom has a single bed, a small wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wash basin and wc.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cooking equipment and utensils.
From the kicthen, there is a utility area and stairs that lead up to the roof top terrace. The solarium has sun beds where you can sit back and relax and enjoy the all day sunshine. From here you get a lovely view over the communal swimming pool and gardens.
Consum supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as shops and services are all just a two minute walk away making it a super convenient location. The bus stop to go to other towns and the beach in the summer is loctaed just 400m or 5 minutes walk away.
The wonderful natural beaches of La Marina is located just a 5 minute drive away. The beach has kilomtres of beautiful sandy shores surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees and has cafes and beach bars and life guards in the summer.
