A 1 Bedroom House available for Long Term rent in Urb. La Marina, San Fulgencio.
This spacious house would make a marvellous home for one or two people. It has a large storage room under the front terrace which would make an excellent workshop, gymnasium or hobby room. It has electricity, litghing and windows. Stairs lead up to the front door and the front sun terrace. The sun terrace gets midday and afternoon sunshine and is ample enough for a table and six chairs.
Inside, it has an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen, perfect for modern day living. The room gets lots of light and fresh air from the two windows, it also has a new air conditioning unit with hot and cold air function. The kitchen is well quipped and includes a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and oven and plenty of cupboard space. There is a dining table with four chairs as well as two two-seater sofas. There is a groundfloor bathroom with a wc, basin and shower.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find an open sitting room with a sofa, a storage area and balcony. The bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and a balcony with views. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc and basin. There is a wardobe area at the end of the hallway.
The property is located around 14 minutes walk from services and amenities.
