  • Beachside House in Santa Pola

    For those who love the beach and passing the day relaxing and dining on the seafront, this wonderful traditional holiday home could be your ideal place! Located just a few metres from the long sandy beaches of Tamarit, Playa Lisa and Gran Playa. Their shallow clear waters are perfect for children to play in and for adults to wade and swim in. 

    The property has air conditioning in all three bedrooms and ceiling fans in the lounge and three bedrooms.

    The house is situated in a gated community with a communal parking space for one car. The east facing front terrace has sunshine from the morning through to the afternoon with seating and a table for six and an awning shade. The lounge/diner has a sofa, dining suite, 40" TV, Wi-Fi internet and a ceiling fan. The modern open plan kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fride/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster as well as cooking equipment, plates and glasses. All you will need for the days when you fancy a home cooked meal. For your convenience there is a WC located on the ground floor.

    A staircase leads to the first floor with a bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and has access to a balcony with sea views. The bathroom has been refurbished with stylish installations and a walk-in shower with an integrated rain effect shower head. Another staircase with take you up to the second floor with a double bedroom with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and access to a balocny with beautiful sea views. The ajoining third bedroom has a single bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a built-in wardrobe and access to the same balcony. The second bathroom has been refurbished with the same quality installations as the other bathroom. 

    There are several delightful cafes, restauarants and bars within a short walking distance as well as local grocery shops and bakeries for fresh bread! A twenty-five minute walk along the beach and promenade will take you into town, where you can appreciate the boats in the marina and see the historic fortress in the town square. Santa Pola boasts an excellent array of restaurants and is especially known for its wonderful fresh seafood. There is a great high street with a good selection of shops and services. From the marina, it is possible to hire a boat, jet ski or take a ferry accross to the Island of Tabarca. Famous as a maritime reserve, making it a wonderful spot for snorkeling, and as the smallest permanently inhabited islet in Spain. Well worth a day visit!

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
