  • 4 Bedroom Large Townhouse in Gated Community 

    What better way to enjoy your holiday in Spain than in this marvelous large townhouse within a gated community. The community of Don Pueblo is in a central location, with buses, the weekly market, a supermarket, a spa/gymnasium, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

    The property has access to a wonderful communal swimming pool with lush gardens, a jacuzzi and childrens splash pool at its centre. There is also a tennis court and basketball-/football pitch available ideal for keeping fit or keeping the kids entertained.

    The house has terraces on the both sides, one ideal for a barbecue in the sunshine and the other with views of the pool in the shade. There is a comfortable living room with a sofa and armchairs, air conditioning, television and wi-fi internet. There is a shower/wc on the ground floor. The large kitchen/diner is superb for those who enjoy a little home cooking and has a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer.

    Stairs lead up to the first floor with air conditioning in the hallway, a master bedroom, with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a balcony. The second bedroom is ideal for the kids, with a double bed and single bed above, built-in wardrobes and a childrens desk with seats. There is a large bathroom with twin sinks, bath tub and shower above.    

    Stairs take you up to the roof top solarium, another great space to bask in the all day sunshine either on the two sun beds or at the bar watching the world go by.

    From the living room stairs take you down to the lower level where you will find another large living room with two arm chairs and air conditioning. There are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. Both with windows and natural light. 

    The beach is a five minute drive away where you will find some of the best kept natural beaches in Spain. The beach has lifeguards and there are beach bars available for refreshments and snacks. The nature reserve close by is a wonderful spot to take a jog or a stroll to see some of the local flora and wildfowl.

    Alicante-Elche Airport is a short 10 minute trip away making it very quick and comfortable.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

    Don Pueblo is made up of three a gated communities located on the top of the hill within close proximitey of the weekly market and medical centre. 

    The properties mainly comprise of large townhouses, some with basements, and ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. 

    The communities have excellent communal swimming pools, some with a jacuzzi, and have grassed borders with mature trees. There are tennis courts and football/basketball courts available in phases 2 and 3 and a tennis court in phase 1. The properties normally have use of the subteranean car park or covered off street parking.   

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.

    "Lovely holiday, nice area to explore definitely need a car we used Lara cars cheap cheerful and easy. Facilities were good, the pool to cold to use mid Feb but would be lovely in warmer months. Football pitches and Tennis court was a welcome distraction for the kids.
    front outside area was a suntrap and despite being on the road and neighbours doing building work next door felt private. Shop over the road, ideal and prices were food only 5 minute drive to lidll, Mercodona, KFC and Burger King.
    Beach 30 min walk away and was lovely quiet friends time of year. Walk not the easiest very steep hill so not recommended for small children.
    House was lovely had everything you need."

    "Had a wonderful week with a total of 5 ladies average age 55 years. Full kitchen inventory. Good stay on a covered terrace. Lovely swimming pool and quiet in the first week of September.
    Actually only sitting outside and in the morning breakfast in the kitchen.
    Recommended for a larger family or like us with a group."

    "We had a lovely stay, as a multigenerational family visit it was great to have the rooms seperated by the living floor- promoting privacy. The villa is well equipped and supports you being able to stay in and have many meals. The supermarket being across the street was super useful with small children.
    The pool area was lovely, although closed one day of the stay and the morning of our departure- Dayse was helpful in making suggestions of another pool we could use in the local area.
    The local restaurants are good value for money, we visited 3/4- all offering something different- all within walking distance.
    The transport options are great with land train and bus stopping right outside the house, I would recommend getting the bus to the beach as it has a more reliable return service than the land train which appears not to run for much of the afternoon.
    We had left an item in the Villa and Dayse was very responsive to support us getting this back which is super helpful."
